1. Who We Are

Trust On Chain ("we", "our", "us") operates the platform available at trustonchain.fun — a community-powered review site for cryptocurrency KOLs and influencers. For any privacy-related question, contact us at trustonchain@proton.me or on X at @Trust0nChain.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the absolute minimum necessary to operate the platform. When you sign in via X (Twitter) OAuth, we receive and store only the following data from your public profile:

• X username (e.g. @yourhandle)
• X user ID (the internal numeric identifier assigned by X)
• Profile picture URL (a link to your publicly visible avatar on X)

We do not collect your email address, phone number, private messages, follower lists, or any other data beyond the three fields listed above.

In addition, when you write reviews on the platform, we store the content of those reviews along with your username and user ID so they can be displayed publicly.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Display your username and avatar next to the reviews you write
• Identify you on the leaderboard and airdrop points system
• Prevent duplicate accounts and detect abuse

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than operating the platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your username and reviews are publicly visible on the platform by design — this is the core function of the service. We use Supabase as our database infrastructure provider, and your data is stored on their servers in accordance with their data processing terms.

5. Cookies and Sessions

We use only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in via X OAuth. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics cookies.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active on the platform. If you request deletion (see Section 7 below), we will remove your account and associated data within a reasonable time frame.

7. Your Rights — Including the Right to be Removed

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you are a KOL or influencer listed on this platform and wish to have your profile removed, you can submit a removal request by:

• Sending a direct message to @Trust0nChain on X
• Emailing us at trustonchain@proton.me

Each KOL profile page also includes a dedicated "Request Removal" button that links directly to these contact options. We will process removal requests as quickly as possible.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled entirely via X OAuth — we never store your X password. Access to the database is restricted and controlled.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on our X account @Trust0nChain. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By accessing or using Trust On Chain (trustonchain.fun), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Trust On Chain is a community-powered review platform where users can submit ratings and written reviews of public figures in the cryptocurrency space (commonly referred to as KOLs — Key Opinion Leaders). The platform is intended solely for informational and community discussion purposes.

3. User Accounts

To submit reviews or earn airdrop points, you must sign in using your X (Twitter) account via OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your public X username, user ID, and profile picture, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Conduct

By using the platform, you agree to the following rules:

• Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience or observation.
• Do not submit false, defamatory, or maliciously misleading reviews.
• Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or listed individuals.
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities of any kind.
• Do not attempt to manipulate ratings through coordinated inauthentic behavior, bot activity, or any form of review fraud.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.

5. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the reviews you write. By submitting content, you grant Trust On Chain a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that your reviews do not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Listed Profiles — Right to Removal

Profiles of public figures listed on this platform are based on publicly available information. If you are a listed individual and wish to be removed, you may submit a removal request at any time by contacting us at trustonchain@proton.me or via @Trust0nChain on X. A "Request Removal" button is available on every KOL profile page for this purpose. We will review and process all legitimate removal requests promptly.

7. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Reviews and ratings on this platform represent the personal opinions of individual community members only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Trust On Chain does not verify the accuracy of reviews and is not responsible for any decisions made based on content published on the platform. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk — always do your own research.

8. Airdrop & Points

Points earned through missions and reviews are for community participation purposes and do not represent a guaranteed financial reward. Any future token distribution is subject to change at our discretion. Participation in the airdrop does not create any contractual obligation on our part.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trust On Chain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue the platform at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith direct negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
